Mod / Pop Art Music Memorabilia
This 1970s Beatles tray came to us from an avid Beatles memorabilia collector whose family are antique dealers in the Toms River, New Jersey area. It carries the classic four-portrait design that turned up in homes around the world at the height of Beatlemania, and it spent its years in the hands of someone who genuinely loved the band.
Marked "Made in England," it's a 1970s issue of the beloved design rather than the rare 1964 original — and at roughly fifty years old, it's a genuinely vintage piece. The cheerful duotone portraits and printed signatures are exactly the sort of thing fans kept, displayed, and passed along, and this one has been cared for well enough that the front still reads crisp and bright.
